Email

The best way to reach us is [email protected]. There is no contact form, no account and no sign-up. Some messages take longer than a few working days, especially when we need to test something on a particular device, but we read all of them.

Reporting a problem

A good report lets us reproduce the problem in minutes. Please include:

• The page and the style name, for example “Bold Script on the Instagram page”.
• What you typed, or the exact text you copied.
• Where you pasted it: the app, the website or the game, and the specific field.
• Your device, its operating system version and the browser or app you used.
• What you saw. Empty boxes mean the character arrived but your device cannot draw it. Question marks mean something in the chain destroyed the character. An error message from the app is even better.
• A screenshot, if you can take one.

Correcting a guide

Our guides state things like character limits and which fields accept styled text, and platforms change them without warning. If something on a page is wrong or out of date, tell us the page, the sentence, and what you found. A screenshot or a link to the platform’s own help page is a big help. We check every report and fix confirmed mistakes.

Suggesting a style or a page

Is there a style we do not cover, a letter that comes out wrong, or a platform or game you would like a guide for? Send it over. We cannot add everything, but requests tell us what to build next.

Business, press and partnerships

For anything that is not about using the tool, email us with a short summary of what you have in mind and a link if there is one.

Privacy and data requests

Fonti stores almost nothing about its visitors, and the Privacy Policy explains exactly what. If you want to ask about data or have an email conversation with us deleted, write to the same address and say so in the subject line.

Copyright concerns

If you believe content on Fonti infringes your copyright, email us the address of the page, a description of the material and how we can reach you. We will look at it promptly. If you want to reuse something from Fonti, the Terms of Use explain what is and is not allowed.

What we cannot help with

Fonti is a text tool, not a platform, so a few things are outside what we can do. We cannot change your @username on Instagram, TikTok or any other service, because those fields only accept plain characters whatever tool you use. We cannot recover or unban accounts, and we cannot tell you why a particular game rejected a name beyond what our guides explain. We also cannot make installable font files, because Fonti works with Unicode text rather than font files.

Before you write

Many questions are already answered in the guides. The platform pages cover Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Discord and PUBG, and the homepage explains why styled text sometimes shows as boxes. If you are new here, the About page explains what Fonti is and how it works.
